The aim is to equip you with the knowledge and capabilities to enable you to grow and develop a small business.
Focus on: business planning, developing the business and necessary personal skills.
Module 2 - Financing a Business Venture
The aim is to review and apply the key concepts and tools of the economics of enterprise and new finance.
Focus on: the management of the financial life cycle, investment selection and the role of financial advisors.
Module 3 - Small Business Management
The aim is to equip you with the knowledge and capabilities to understand and maintain the various required administrative and management systems.
Focus on: identifying risks and weaknesses, effective information systems and monitoring performance.
Module 4 - Introducing New Products & Services to Market
The aim is to review and apply the key concepts and skills required to create new products or services from initial idea to successful launch.
Focus on: assessment and evaluation of the new product, development resources and financial & promotional activities.
